’Tis the Season to be Jolly, even though we are gathering in smaller groups of mostly our immediate families. It’s important that we eat immunity building foods, as we are in COVID times. It is also important to have some fun, and we can eat foods that give us comfort and joy, and maybe we can even sip some holiday cocktails to get us through the shorter days and longer nights, as we follow Santa on zoom, and sit by the fireplace, or your big screen TV with a video loop of a roaring fire.
