Setting Goals for Health and Wellness in the New Year

Every year about this time, we think about the past year, and look to the new year with a fresh perspective. During these pandemic times we need to be hopeful that things will get better. We have all had some tough moments during the past 12 months, but the calendar will flip over and we need to make some changes. What new goals do we have? Can we push forward into the coming year with a positive attitude and fresh ideas? What will be trending in the coming year?
